Hello! My name is Lisa
I am the owner of Sunshine Paws. Even as a small child, animals have played a huge part in my life, and I have always lived by the mantra "A home is not a home unless someone runs to greet you".
I have been lucky enough to share my life with a variety of small pets varying from Russian hamsters to bearded dragons. Growing up, my best friends were my pets and I have had the great pleasure of growing up with many different breeds and characters of dogs. I have also enjoyed spending time with feline friends and looking after them whilst their pawrents were away!
Until recently we shared our home with two beautiful souls, but very sadly our lovely Scottie dog went over the rainbow bridge at the amazing age of 16. Our wonderful greyhound is now holding the fort at home and provides us with great joy each day.
My career has always focused on my caring nature and supporting others, but nothing has made me happier than when I am around animals. I have had many years of experience looking after other people's pets and I consider it an honour to be able to do so.
I have successfully run a business designing and providing premium quality pet beds and products. I am fully insured, DBS checked, hold a diploma in canine behaviour and certified in pet first aid. I am a member of the National Association of registered pet sitters (NarpsUK), and I keep up to date with modern practices and developments in animal laws and regulations.
I am very flexible in my delivery of service and no matter what your pet's needs, I will do my very best to accommodate them. I provide a complimentary meet and greet to ensure that all of your beloved pets' needs are met before any visits are organised. You can feel safe and secure in the knowledge that your pet is being cared by a loving caring person.
